I. CLAIMS

During the day, I believe one of the Surenos will step up as a representative. With a bus driver, they can redirect a kill so whoever steps up will be effectively safe. This way, the courier for the crips will be able to tell him who they can message, effectively setting up a cross-team chat.

There will be a mandatory lynch, so if more than one team claims a representative, it may be in our interest to claim one as well, for the same reasons. We may also want to have someone claim representation for another team, and try to get messages meant for an opponent. We could do both even, but people are probably going to want to lynch someone who claims tomorrow, so the more people who claim, the more risk of a lynching.

The other side of that coin is, people aren't going to want to reveal which side they're on, so they'll be loathe to vote on people who claim factions. For this reason, I believe that unless voting for someone who claims vet, only people who claim should vote to lynch

We should decide tonight under what conditions we should reveal, who should do so, and which faction we should claim.

WHO
Since we've got the only role that stops night action, we can have pretty much anyone claim without worrying about losing their night abilities. Still, early on, communication will be important, but late game the investigatives and powers will be crucial. That's why I believe I should claim if anyone, because even if I don't get lynched, I'll be a bigger target in the long run.

CONDITIONS/ WHICH FACTION
Like I said, I think it's likely that the Surenos would claim. If NOBODY claims for say, the first half of the day, I think it would be smart to claim Surenos. The reasons are three-fold: 1) It's plausible, BECAUSE they have a bus driver, which protects the claimer from a possible Bloods night kill; 2) If the claimer ends up being lynched, we're a man down but we've got the kill AND a better idea of who our allies are. 3) It will make it more difficult for the Crips to communicate with the real Surenos. Just as well, if the Surenos do counter-claim, it still throws off communication. In the case of a counter-claim, I wouldn't vote to lynch the claimer, because that would prove that we were lying.

Claiming Crips has the same benefits, aside from the plausibility of the bus driver. We may want to consider this option if the Surenos claim early and the Crips do NOT claim.

Claiming ourselves can set up a potential line of communication, but only if the Bloods trust us enough to do so. It can also reveal some of our enemies, should they choose to lynch us.

I think claiming vet will be hazardous, precisely because votes for the vet will be ignored. That way, people can vote for vet-claimers and see if they're lying. Conversely, I think we SHOULD put pressure on any vet claimers. I don't really see any advantage to claiming Bloods, but that doesn't mean there aren't any. Speak up if you think of anything.

II. ROLES
Not much to say here. I think what's said is accurate, it's likely 1 lookout and 1 detective on each team, so detectives are probably our enemy, lookouts 50/50 to be friendly. If we want to confirm a blood, we can ask them to fake-RB one of us. Alternatively, we can ask their courier to send us a message, but that doesn't really confirm anything so nevermind. In the case of blackmailings, I think for the most part it's probably wise to complete the tasks.

III. NIGHT ACTIONS
I guess we'll want to try to message potential bloods, and track/block potential enemies. HERPDERP

IV. CODES
Should we set up a code to use during day chat? It could be useful, though IIRC it has to be approved.

Okay private voting makes a lot more sense (thanks for clarifying shadow).

In that case we definitely should all vote on the same guy, less chance that we get lynched. I propose a code so we can decide exactly who during the day, and also talk about voting other people without actually doing it.

Here are 10 of the most common words in the dictionary. Let's say, to suggest a vote target, we ask a question somewhere in our post, and the post will begin with one of the following.

1 the - YpMagic
2 it - Sinclair
3 to - Deathworlds
4 as - Titus
5 and - AppleyNO
6 a - TDL
7 in - powerofdeath
8 that - Sen
9 have - Azuriae
10 I - Daegan

Remember to do more than just ask questions and not to ask too many, lest people get suspicious. I recommend only using this code 2-3 times total, and not until the second half of the day.
